Reset Your Password

Get back into your SSM Health account.

You are about to reset your SSM Health password. This reset page is intended for internal use only by SSM Health workforce members, employees, community connect, contingent workers and other authorized personnel. Customers should not use this page.

Minimum Requirements for Your New Password:

  • Minimum password length – twelve (12) characters
  • Must contain characters from three of the four categories listed:
    • Uppercase letters (A – Z)
    • Lowercase letters (a – z)
    • Numbers (0-9)
    • Special characters (e.g., !@#$%...)
  • Must not be a recently used password
  • Must not contain your name

The Technology Service Center (TSC) is your single point for all SSM Health IT needs, including applications and technical support.
